Lors d’une randonnée stimulante, nous découvrons et récoltons ensemble des herbes qui seront ensuite utilisées pendant l’atelier.

We look after the fruit trees at Didgesbach. To begin with, we’ll be giving a practical introduction to pruning young trees according to Oeschberg. Then we’ll be able to put what we’ve learnt into practice by pruning all the young trees on the foundation’s Bongert together.
