The redevelopment of the Alzette park is progressing.
Work on the first section between the weir and the pedestrian bridge linking the Deich car park with the town centre has been completed.
The cycle path has been widened by around 3.5 metres;
The hydromorphology has been improved by laying stones along the banks of the Alzette.
The final surface course and public lighting will be installed at the end of the Alzette park redevelopment project.
Work on the second section between the pedestrian bridge (Pont Godchaux) and the Alzette bridge (Grand-Rue) has begun.
Cyclopean stones will be laid along the banks of the Alzette, enabling new steps to be built.
