The application must be received, under penalty of forfeiture, by the College of Aldermen of the City of Ettelbruck no earlier than March 17, 2024 and no later than:
■Tuesday, April 30, 2024 for foreign addresses,
■Wednesday, May 15, 2024 for addresses in Luxembourg.
